Unframed Prints
(Unframed prints are supplied with additional paper border to allow for matboard and framing.)
Matboard allowance: 5 cm border around the printed image. This extra space is included in the paper size. Prints arrive unframed and ready for custom framing

What paper are the prints made on?
All artworks are printed on 310gsm smooth matte archival paper, made from 100% cotton rag. This museum-grade paper is selected for its durability, texture, and ability to render exceptional detail and tonal depth.
Do you offer signed or numbered prints?
At this time, we do not offer signed or numbered prints.
Can I customise the framing?
We offer unframed prints for those who prefer to customise their own framing.
At this time, we are unable to offer custom frame modifications for framed artworks.
What materials are used for framing?
All frames are hand-crafted from timber and professionally finished. Each framed artwork is delivered ready to hang with a secure hanging system.
What glazing is used in framed artworks?
Our framed artworks are finished with UV-blocking acrylic glazing, selected for its clarity, protective qualities, and reduced risk of damage during transit.
Explore our shadow box framing, designed exclusively for Signature and Mueseum sized prints. This elevated framing style creates a subtle sense of depth by setting the artwork back from the acrylic glazing, allowing the image to breathe and command space.
Favoured by photographers, galleries, and designers, shadow box frames offer a striking yet understated presentation for larger-scale works. For personalised shadow box framing enquiries, please contact us to discuss custom options.
How long does delivery take?
Our fine art prints are produced to order and typically require 7 business days for printing, mounting, framing, and dispatch within Australia. Once your artwork has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited or express shipping options. Each artwork is carefully produced and finished to ensure the highest quality.
What if my print arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@arttraveller.com.au.
Kindly include clear photographs of:
- The damaged artwork
- The packaging
- The outer shipping box (even if there is no visible damage)
This allows us to assist you promptly.
What if my order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived?
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please email info@arttraveller.com.au and we will help locate it for you.
What is your return policy?
Each artwork is individually produced to order, therefore we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Can I exchange sizes?
Due to the customised nature of our artworks, all sales are final and size exchanges are not available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your purchase. Once the production or framing process has begun, changes can no longer be made.
Do you offer a trade program?
Yes, we work closely with interior designers, architects, and hospitality groups.
