These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the Art Traveller website and all purchases made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Art Traveller (“we”, “our”, “us”) may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect once published on this page.

Our Collection

Art Traveller curates and presents fine art photography prints produced to order. All images displayed are representative only. Variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings, printing processes, or materials.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue artworks at any time.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Once an order is placed, it is confirmed and enters our made-to-order production process.

Made-to-Order & Final Sale

Each artwork is produced specifically for you. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or size selection.

We encourage you to review all product details carefully before placing your order.

Order Changes

Requests to amend or cancel an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase by contacting info@arttraveller.com.au.
Once production or framing has commenced, changes are no longer possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to production schedules, location, or external factors beyond our control.

Art Traveller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or unforeseen circumstances.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@arttraveller.com.au, including clear photographs of:

The artwork
Internal packaging
The outer shipping box

If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us and we will assist in locating your shipment.

Authentication

Each print is supplied with an Art Traveller Open Edition authentication card, confirming its authenticity. This does not indicate limited edition status.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including artwork, images, text, and branding — remains the intellectual property of Art Traveller and its contributing artists.

Artworks may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Use of Website

You agree not to misuse this website or engage in any activity that may interfere with its operation, security, or content.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Art Traveller is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of artworks.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
